1941-1977. Tavor Frikic was a Yugoslav composer of atonic music who never directed an orchestra because he was an agoraphobic. He wrote dozens of experimental concertos and symphonies, preludes, Oratoria proto-electronic music, a series of inverted compositions "in Memoriam" for dead artists, as well as an inverted Piano Sonata, whose third part is saved. He burned most of his scores in October 1977 in a cave in Delnice, and then killed himself with an axe. His body was identified in 1984. The notebook that was found next to him was never released. Frikic was supposed to record misanthropic aphorisms and notes about victims, places and dates, about hypothetical murders.
