". . .a Japanese musician known for visual novel compositions and arrangements, notably his contributions to the visual/sound novel Umineko no naku koro ni." Is this truly the popular opinion? I personally think that his wide offering of remixes/re-arrangements (whichever you find more appropriate to call them) are far more worth note.
Hopefully compllege, Code ZTS Label, and everyone involved didn't just fade away like many doujin circles have in the past. Would be a shame if they disbanded. Looking forward to more gems like a farce.
The above list needs more than just his Umineko stuff. Here are some relatively recent works ---------- 1. from 2009.12 <> Cradle2 zts - Captain Murasa (http://www.mediafire.com/?yd47sc0tzpzp878) <> Originally composed by ZUN for the danmaku fight against Murasa in UFO. What comes off a bit strange at 3:22+ are actually in-game sound effects for the last phase of that battle. 9/10 ---------- 2. from 2009.08 <> Special Present Disc -Progressive Electronic Sounds zts - a force (http://www.mediafire.com/?i4hpmim6q499d6m) <> Very similar to "a farce" from Nadir. Two calm intersections on an upbeat lane. 9-/10 ----------- 3. from 2010.08 <> Touhou Gensou Shiten 4 "Excess" zts - The Gensokyo the Gods Loved (http://www.mediafire.com/?84gd75w2dkq6m82) <> Composed by ZUN for the 3rd Stage of MoF. Like what the stage should represent this arrangement is dreamy, happy and confident at the same time. 9+/10 ---------- Happy listening.
It's been awhile since made a really good song. The song he did on Taishi's last Compllege album was amazing. Made me have high hopes for him (I still do lol). YR=Tune was nice. Definitely not my type of trance but it's pretty damn catchy!
I do hope so too, KiyomizuDiver. I enjoy some of his older tracks such as S in Vague2. I also hope he works with YR=Tune again, his tracks are rare but probably even more exquisite than ZTS's himself in my opinion.
