It’s difficult to illustrate seeing mewithoutYou for the first time; I guess the only fair analogy would be comparing it to losing your virginity. You purchase a ticket, much like a ring, knowing that the wedding night will be something memorable, but you’re not quite sure how you’re going to handle under the pressure. As the ceremony begins you look into the pews and see The Snake The Cross The Crown, and you’re so please that they were able to make it to your wedding. Even better, at the reception the Manchester Orchestra performs a beautiful number as all the guests dance and enjoy the open bar. Except for the annoying in-laws, Piebald, the night is good. But then its time, the stage lights dim, the first notes of The Sun and the Moon are plucked and what seems like the most amazing hour of your life passes by much to quickly. You realize your going to have to go to mewithoutYou shows as much as humanly possible…
