"Yerevan" Chamber Choir, also known as Yerevan Women's Choir of Armenia, was an all-women choir established in 1976 by the talented conductor Arthur Veranyan. It mainly performed Armenian folk and church music in a Modern Classical choral context. Unfortunately, in 1992, after 15 years of brilliant endeavors, the choir dissolved due to Arthur Veranyan’s emigration to the United States.
