Listening to all their 80s albums tonight I really appreciate the sound production of this one. More raw, more upfront, less reverb. I wouldn't say less genuine - since all WASP albums are genuine - but definitely I appreciate the context of this album's sound against their later albums. Enjoyable for that alone before one even gets to the musical content.
Blackie, sadly you're too old to piss off any of my teachers, parents, or any other authority figures, but you'll always be in the Unholy Trinity of cool in my book (The father = Mick, The Son = Till, The Unholy Spirit = Blackie)
Wasp is Not Glam Generationwildx. Glam rockers use make-up to make them look pretty, wear girly clothes and don't throw raw meat and blood at the audience. Vinnie Vincent is Glam and they kick your face in though.
