Traveling by Sea started out as a not-so-serious project by front man/song writer Dan Lyon(Pomegranates, Ex-The Tapes), which one by one became a 7 piece band. The band is now a 5 piece that has become more intentional, and unconventional in it's writing process. Traveling By Sea gathers influence from 70's bands such as: "Electric Light Orchestra", "T-Rex", and other current bands such as: "Air", and "French Kicks".
