The Coloured Lights are a five piece rock band hailing from Montreal, Canada. Starting out recording demos in a Toronto basement in May 2005, they have performed over 80 live shows across their home provinces of Ontario and Quebec. This past summer, the band attracted the attention of Upp Records, a small independent Montreal record label, and this led to the recording of their first studio EP, "A Six Track Demo".
