Taj-He-Spitz also known as Taji, is a rapper from an area known as Meadowlark in the Northern California city of Fairfield. He was born to his mother Rhonda and his father Ben in 1989. He started his rap carrer under the name Phantom Flowz at age 12. His real name is Vincent Jajalle Champaco his nationality is Chamorro (Guamanian) and Black. He is currently 22 years old.
Taj-He-Spitz had so much buzz around him in the Bay Area '07-08. It was thought that he was to be next big thing to come out of Northern Cali and the hype was definitely warranted. His flow and style are incomparable. His raps are fun and catchy but still extremely lyrical. He doesn't just rhyme random words, he actually tells a story in a very unique way.
It was said that Taj-He-Spitz was going to be signed by E-40's Sick Wid It Records and he had already been presented by B-Legit. All of that was put on hold when he was arrested in early 2008. The rumors about why he was arrested and how long he was going to be behind bars ranged wildly. One of the rumors was that he was sentenced to 50-Life for murder, but the claims were not true. Taj-He was arrested for a allegedly being involved in a drug deal gone bad where someone was shot during the incident. He was sentenced to 7 years and has been an inmate of the California Department of Corrections since 9/3/2009. He is currently serving the remainder of his sentence in the California Institution for Men (CIM) in Chino, CA. He is expected to be released in July of 2012.
