Something of a tribute track for the song "L.A. Blues", from the legendary punk/proto-punk band "The Stooges" off of their highly influential album "Fun House". Like L.A. Blues, it is an improvisational piece, which is uncharacteristic of Swans, but Gira took a great liking for it, and decided to keep it for the album. 93 ave b is where he lived from 1981 to 1992 with Jarboe, and the title is a clear direct reference to the aforementioned Stooges track.
