To me Scintilla is slightly ahead of Sonnambula, but both are awesome in their own way. Both are very different atmosphere-wise. Scintilla has a more futuristic feeling, great to listen to while it's dark outside. Sonnambula is more october-like, more fitting for a cold morning in autumn.
Can't say i listened to Stendeck for harshness; my favourites from sonnambula were hunters of the last summer, safari in the blue tails cockatoo's garden. If i wanted harshness i'd listen to Totakeke or something like that. Saying that i haven't come back to this album for years, doesn't seem to have the character of his earlier releases.
I've just looked again - Through Tiny Windows We Wonder Constellations (4:41) is over 4 minutes long, I've heard 45 seconds of it, and I'm STILL showing under "Listening Now" as scrobbling it - STILL, but my history registers it as a full-length play. WFT?
Does anyone else have problems scrobbling Stendeck tunes? Even if it's my choice (i.e. "Stendeck Radio"), the tunes play about 45 SECONDS, and then skip to another artist! It's only for Stendeck's songs, but they register as a complete play - showing that I've played the entire track. What's going on here?
Alessandro, let me attest my respects to you for your mesmerizing live-set in Rostov-on-Don (Russia) last Saturday! Me and my friends came there from Krasnodar (~300 km) specially to experience that "cosmic trip" provided by your inimitable sound. Thank you for photo with me and your 2 encore tracks! Rgrds.
