Stefan Blaylock has been offering free downloads and putting together EP’s of his music since 2007, using pseudonyms such as ‘I.A.M.M.E’ and ‘KiddaKidda’.
Rough cut tracks scrambled through internet radios and music websites as he began to develop his experimental and electronic style.
A single he created as I.A.M.M.E in 2010 called ‘You Shine’ was released through Carbon Logic Records as part of a compilation curated by avant-garde electronic duo Telepathe.
Stefan Blaylock also focused as a lyricist. After a publishing offer he found himself teaming up his lyrics with overseas talent from Nashville on heart poured country duet ‘Love is a Gift’ released under a project named ‘Blaylock Meets Nashville’. This was followed by another release he had penned the lyrics for called ‘Now We’ve Been Burnt’.
In 2012 he began to build upon a home studio and an improved sound. The new music gained exposure with positive reviews from established critics along with tracks such as ‘Party in My Head’ featuring on experimental podcasts, ‘Feeling’s Begin to Spur’ finding itself on Tom Robinson’s extra gems Easter Playlist and ‘Until my Last Days’ being apart of Fresh on the Nets listening post.
Swaying between tempos and moods and although involving acoustic, the latest music remained primarily electronic and used sounds from a mix of recent and vintage drum machines.
On 11th Aug 2014 a track titled ‘I Don’t Know Why’ featured on the BBC Introducing Mixtape.
This was shortly followed by the album 'I.A.M.M.E - Creative Indifference'.
