1. Sino is a rapper from Detroit, MI. He has released several mixtapes and worked with some of the biggest acts in the local Detroit scene as well as major nationwide artists.
2. Jamel Moore (Chicago,IL), better known as Sino, is an American rapper, designer, entrepreneur. He began writing lyrics at the age 13. In the early 2000’s he joined Chicago hip hop group Ben-Sity. Recording and performing live shows. Sino is known for his lyrical prowess, word play, and flow. Depicting themes of success and life- struggles by blending street and popular hip hop.
Originally from the infamous Jane Addams Housing project near the West-Side of Chicago. Jamel grew up in small two bedroom apartment with his mother and three siblings. Sino spent most of his time as a teen partaking in school art projects and jobs, developing a liking for design and fashion. Although grasping his talent for music at an early age, Sino got his official start in music in 2000 as a solo recording artist and, a year later joining the hip-hop group Ben-Sity.
The gifted artist accomplishments include being on the 2nd largest urban radio station, Power 92.3 mix show, and the Number 1 urban radio station, 107.5 WGCI hip-hop segment. Along side Ben-Sity, Sino has performed through out the Chicago-land area. Such locations include Reggie’s Rock Club, Tini Martini, Subterranean, and Chicago House of Blues opening for Snoop Dogg, Young Jeezy, as well as other artist. After a grand debut with “Long Time Coming” mixtape vol. 1, then following up with the iTunes release of “The High Five Club” Ep, Ben-Sity continued to stay relevant by releasing “Back To The Basics” mixtape vol. 2, and most currently “Royalty Family” mixtape vol. 3, Ben-Sity are certainly reaching new heights of fame by consistently dropping new music.
