Inspired by her love for Chicago and its music, double bassist and composer Silvia Bolognesi travelled to Chicago from Italy to complete a project with some of her favorites Chicago musicians . The music was inspired by improvisation around a core of simple themes and rhythmic cycles, which made the ensemble come together easily.
