The Trickster was released on the My Iron Lung EP in September of 1994. It is the second track on the My Iron Lung EP, and the first B-side of The Bends era. The song was first played live in February of 1994 at a concert where they were testing upcoming material for their new album. While the song sounds very similar here, it features completely different lyrics than what the final version has.
