Radioactive Prostitute formed as a concept during the 1996 Dirigo Boys' State when a small donation was made to the U.S. Special Olympics under that name. Radioactive Prostitute formed as a band in August of 2002 when Slippy and Brt, two friends from Maine and Massachusetts were called upon to fill an opening slot for Pine Tree State Mind Control at the Flywheel in Easthampton, MA.
