Definitely up there with their best, Mexicola, Regular John...all from the brilliant debut album, a truly great band but they haven't quite topped the debut for me yet, looking forward to the new album.
It's similar, but definitely not a rip-off. The scales are different in a very obvious way... you can't really blame the guys. It's pretty difficult to come up with a riff that doesn't sound like another riff someone else already composed nowadays. It's a matter of making it unique on its own way, which is the case here.
