Disturbed Blues Professors

The acclaimed Blues professors are the Slovenian blues rock musical group . It consists of guitarist and vocalist Julian Erik, Miha Erič on vocal accordion, vocal and lap steel guitar, bassist Miha Ribarič and drummer and vocalist Zlatko Djogić. Their music is based on an energetic blues rock style mixed with the elements of funk, country, jazz and psychedelic rock in the 60s and 70s. In the years 2014-2015, the group was very active. There were numerous concerts throughout Slovenia. The material for its debut was filmed for a long time before the outcome, but the studio was flooded in between, and the rescuing of the recorded material took some time. In March 2016, they released a debut album in self-publishing, the Orbit Institute , entitled Family . As the producer, Borut Činč (formerly the keyboardist of the Bulldozer group) also participated in the album, which also featured Hammond orgle on the album. On 16 March, the band presented the album at Kino Šiška in a four-hour concert.
September 16, 2016, Blues's Distinguished Professors prepared an extraordinary concert before leaving for a multi-month tour in the United States. This evening was definitely recorded in history, as they braved the records of all Slovenian musicians with their courage. They filled the ambience of the Ljubljanskih Križanke in the rainy night to the last corner. Together with RTV, they recorded material that was released on the new DVD on April 19,
In May 2016, the group presented to the younger public at the Vičstock Music Festival in Ljubljana. They performed as one of the two main groups, alongside Happy Ol 'McWeasel .
