Originally founded in 1989 by German musicians Bertram Engel, Carl Carlton and Pascal Kravetz, the band started with adding Dutch friends and musicians Harry deWinter and Peter Bootsman (previously of New Adventures). Soon German producer Dieter Dierks (Scorpions long time producer) took care of the band and their self-titled debut album, New Legend, got released on BMG in 1990.
