Never the Strangers, formerly known as Leonecast, was formed in 2006. After a series of member changes, it had been decided upon to change the name of the group.
The name "Never the Strangers" signifies a new start, not only to the band but also to the local music scene. No one is, and no one will ever be strangers to one another in music.
