I loved these guys until they reappeared looking for money. Like, the ticket prices weren't even reasonable. I still like them but now it feels so cliche and fake.

Please don't compare Neutral Milk Hotel to The Decemberists for there is no comparison to make; NMH is vastly superior to the generic sounding folk rock of The Decemberists.

Neutral Milk Hotel gets me every time. I've always had trouble naming a "favorite" of anything, especially bands, but I think NMH is quite possibly my "favorite" band of all-time.
