Nervous Young Men was an American indie rock band fronted by Will Toledo, best known as the lead singer of Car Seat Headrest. Toledo would go onto release 5 albums under the Nervous Young Men label, debuting with The Bell Jar in 2008 and concluding with the self titled Nervous Young Men in 2010 before switching to his current project and band Car Seat Headrest that same year. Toledo would later rework songs from this band into the Car Seat Headrest albums Nervous Young Man and Disjecta Membra respectively, the former being a tribute and reference to Nervous Young Men.
