Their grandfather was the famed Allabande Khan Dagar. Both brothers started learning vocal music at an early age from their father Nasiruddin Dagar. Later, they continued their training under their elder brothers Nasir Mohinuddin Dagar and Nasir Aminuddin Dagar.
