National Flag was a British rock band from Kingston-upon-Thames, United Kingdom. Formed in 1973, the group was particularly popular during the pub rock era and had singer/guitarist Danny Edwardson and drummer Seamus Sell as its main songwriters, They cut studio demos for Decca, but were never officially signed, after which they decided to split in late 1976. Their only release was a self-issued valedictory album, 'Thankyou & Goodnight', limited to 100 copies.
