There is no "best" band. It's totally subjective and not worth any debate. You can debate success, impact and significance, something you can actually measure. But "the best"? C'mon, this is kindergarten level.
Justice is my favorite album from them precisely because of how broken it sounds. It's sloppy, angry, and genuine. It's great because it's not clean. Metallica was a band who went through a tragedy and it perfectly captures that. Warts and all, I'll take Justice over anything else they've done.
как и любой нормальный человек я ненавижу металлику, в особенности их баллады, но бля я ж так подумал, а ведь без них не было бы того муцураева, которого мы знаем и любим. так что простим им все за это.
Because of false positioning & omission of the ellipsis in usertags. Check the album list above and you'll notice 3 separate Justice entries, with 935558 plays in total. So, in truth, Justice comes in at number two!
Because of incorrect use of the pre-ellipsis in ID3 user tags as DAMAGEMASTER said. If you search an album, you will get up to 25 duplicates with the same track list. Only the title is the opposite. (https://www.last.fm/search/albums?q=Metallica+-+...and+Justice+for+All) With over one million listeners in total and over 30 million scrobbles, Justice should be in the first place.
Only narrow-minded folks desperately try to defend the past. I can enjoy almost every song sung by Jamyz. Listen to "Low Man's Lyric". Has nothing to do with metal, but his singing on this tune is probably the best ever.
going to see them in october for the first time since orion festival 2012, pretty excited. hope the set doesn't have much hardwired in it though. other than spit out the bone and a few other riffs, i just couldn't get into that one sadly
also i actually enjoyed that lords of summer song more than almost anything on hardwired. can anyone recommend what the absolute best tracks from hardwired are? i keep trying to listen to it but it's too long & tedious, i end up tapping out before getting through the whole thing most of the time. i want to like it, because i love metallica, but it's just dull outside of a few shining moments.. from what i have heard anyway
Lords of Summer. I remember this song as demo in 2014 or something like that. They also played this song live on my first Metallica concert back in 2014 so I have only good memories with this song. However I’m really sad about fact that it is not regular song on regular album version.
