I don't know why people are giving Dave so much shit for this album. While it may perhaps be weaker than almost any other album except for Super Collider, it does have some very good tracks on it. Public Enemy No. 1 is the song that got me into Megadeth, actually.
Ugh. This album... it starts off decently, but by We The People I start to severely lose interest. And after every time I listen to it I can't help but feel that the band is straining just to come up with enough material for an entire album. Dave Ellefson sounds really good though and I'm glad he's back. I hope that time will allow Dave & Dave to reconnect musically and perhaps yield a more coherent and inspired album in the future. This album does have one amazing track though: Deadly Nightshade.
