Biography
From the likes of DJ Premier, Pete Rock & Dilla (R.I.P.), along with many other great producers they have paved the way for the future sounds of rap music. The evolution of this beautiful music continues to stretch its boundaries of timing everyday in some remote place of the world. Mashman is a natural instrumentalist creating a new style of sample arrangement, combining new sounds with yesterday’s ear, thus beginning the dawn of a new era in music production. Mashman’s first release was Cooking For 1 back in 2006, followed by Mashurmental both available on iTunes.
Other releases that were unreleased are compilations such as GOT Mash?, MasH Swing, Mashterpiecez 2008, Sir Mashalot, Mashterpieces Mashtered, just to name a few available to listen to on Last.FM.
Since then Mashman has worked with Nametag and is currently working on putting together a project with Roc Marciano. While dropping countless gems into the underworld of rap music Mashman is on the verge of dropping many more.
