It all started in June 2018 with crowdfunding to produce this album.
No, it all started with "La France a un incroyable talent" and the Francofolies de Spa in 2017.
Wrong, it was actually in 2014, during the memorable "Jam de Lou" at the mythical Théâtre 140.
Unless it was the buzz on the net of the song "Lou, je m'appelle Lou" in 2012.
… Or the musical encounter with Maurane in 2008 during the television show "CAP48".
Yes, but before that, there was the documentary "Letter to Lou" in 2006 and its broadcast on television.
And long before that, there was the blog "Le journal de Lou", which became a column in a magazine in 2003.
In fact, it all started twenty years ago, in August 1998, when Lou was born.
Life had deposited in its cradle a completely crazy card game, amputated of many of them (sight, smell,…), but with an incredible joker that other unfortunate companions of this so rare syndrome have also received: an unequalled musical talent that develops before even the word and which exceeds the absolute simple ear.
Lou was singing before he could even speak.
He then made music or percussion with any object falling between his fingers.
At the age of six, he learned to play his ten fingers on the piano alone in a year and a half.
He also became a small encyclopedia of music behind his keyboard.
The rest can be found on the Internet and has been mentioned above.
This first album is therefore the logical continuation of this crazy adventure.
8 of the 11 songs were composed or co-composed by Lou.
The first three will tell you about him, about us. The next three will tell you about the path of love, then you will travel through his world.
This album could have been called "Eclectic" or "Chameleon", but it is called "I love you", because the most important thing in this whole adventure is the sincerity with which Lou loves his audience and what he does best: music.
