Leroy Dallas (Mobile, Alabama, December 12, 1920 - September 1967, Brooklyn, New York) was a blues musician.
He moved to Memphis in 1924. Along his travels he played washboard behind Brownie McGhee and formed a band with James McMillan playing the streets and juke joints of Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana and Tennessee.
