The greatest Keane album. Steeped in meaning, power-pop minus all the pretence of Michael Jackson. All those who despise this album are weak minded to be brainwashed by the mass media who critically lambasted this album.
Both groups (gullible fans & journalists) are a pack of sheep with no individual soul & identity. Let me guess, if I wrote a fancy ostensibly smart review about Lady Gaga - you'll all think in the same wavelengths/frequency & hail LG as the saviour of pop music. Dimwits!
I admit i only liked the odd song off the album when i first heard it, but now, well now i cant stop listening to it, every single track on the album is a grower and ive gotten to the point where its the only album i listen too all day. For people who are'nt enjoying it as much, put it on and leave it running for a few times, you'll find yourself understanding it much more and following that, loving it.
Well...I dig the fact that Mr. Tom doesn't sound like he wants to slit his wrist anymore. But that's about it. It seems like the majority of ya'll are likin this shit, but i cant stand it! I'd rather rip my ears off!
keane is right back, and even though i was surprised about the changings int the music and rhythm, i have to confess: i love it! it's perfect!
i had to listen to the album more than 2 times to come to this end, but that's normal for all the albums of keane ;)
now i can't stop listen to it, and i am glad they are back, 'cause i missed the voice of tom!
