Karybde, at the age of 8, used to play with his uncle's vinyls (Kim Wilde, P. Lion, etc.). With the appearance of dance music in the 90's (2 Unlimited, Robin' S, Technotronic etc.), a great passion for the electronic music started. Later, in 1996, discovered trance. After meeting Scylla in 2001, trance became the "number one" genre for him.
He started to make music on the computer in 1998 with the E-Jay software. Fastly bored because of the limitations, sought alternatives and discovered Reaktor, Rainbow Synth, PropellerHeads Bassdrums. In 2004, Scylla released his first composition Over Pleasure, which Karybde remixed using FruityLoops and some VST plugins.
Scylla had a revelation in 1978, when he discovered Jean MIchel Jarre's Equinoxe and simply decided he also wanted to be “a Jean Michel Jarre". After that, the love for electronic music never left. His parents bought him his first synthesizer, a Yamaha PSS360, then later, in the 90's, he bought a Roland D-20 on his own, which later exchanged for a Korg X3.
After the end of the Amiga age, he moved to PC, using FastTracker 2, at the time favouring goa trance. With the advent of FruityLoops, he got "hooked" on trance, never leaving it after.
Karybde brings the "club" into their compositions, while Scylla brings "harmonics and lightness", as they say.
