Inspired by Eastern philosophy, in particular the I Ching, Glasgow-based Iona Fortune's music is loosely fitting in with Fourth World concepts imagined by Jon Hassell, and indeed she meshes traditional guzheng and gamelan with lustrous tones from a Synthi AKS that provides an incredible sub-bass throb.
