In A Blind Fury was a Hardcore band from Hannover (Germany), formed in 2007. The band consisted of Marcus on vocals, Josh on guitar, Karl on bass and Hannes on drums.
Even though they are a mosh-orientated band, they clearly explain that they don't agree to the ideals that became a standard in the beatdown/mosh scene of today and won't accept any inappropriate violence and/or political incorrectness.
Besides their love and passion for music, this band is about more than just playing songs. Most tracks deal with political or moral issues and the will to change the egoistic and selfish society that we live in. Besides that one can also find some personal lyrics as well.
This fourpiece stands for antiviolent, antisexist, antispeciesistic and pacifistic ideals and is longing for a world without any injustice, suppression or abuse towards humans and animals.
IABF released their first demotrack "A Cleansing Fire" in 2008, which led to a lot of live shows in Germany.
In february 2009 they released their EP "Diamonds" online for free; since then it was downloaded more than 3000 times worldwide. From this time on IABF played even more shows and crossed the borders of Germany to perform live in other european countries.
Later in 2009 3 promotracks were released, which were supposed to be on the upcoming full-length album. But plans changed and in spring 2010 IABF decided to play less shows, discard all song-ideas and write a complete new album. Since then they added some new influences and changed their style to a more sophisticated sound.
The new album is nearly completed and will be recorded as soon as possible. For a little preview, IABF released a track from the upcoming record called "For The Sake Of…" in march 2011 but shortly after broke up due to artistic differences.
