Howard Dwaine Dorough Flores (born August 22, 1973 in Orlando, Florida) is a member of the American boy band The Backstreet Boys. A native of Orlando, Florida, his mother (Paula Flores) is Puerto Rican and his father (Hoke Dorough) is an Irish American.
