Biography
Hossein Zaman is an Iranian pop singer who started his artistic activities in 1997 . six albums have already been released by him.
He has been living on Kish Island since 2003 and also been working in Sharif University of Technology as vice- president for development and planning and at the same time as a faculty member.
He was born in Tehran in 1959.He was graduated from Kharazmi (Ershad) high school in 1977 and in the same year He started higher education in Esfahan University of Technology as an electronic engineering student. Because of political activities, He was arrested by Iranian intelligent organization named SAVAAK and then expelled from university. Since it was very important for Him to continue His education therefore He decided to go to USA for higher education. He got admission from one of the American universities and studied for more than two years .He could pass about 100 credit hours and for a few continuous semesters He was the number one student in the college in which He was studying. Immediately after the war between Iran and Iraq began, He discontinued his education and left USA to take part in the war and to defend his country. he continued his education along with fighting with enemy In combat fields.He got his MS degree in communication engineering in 1991. He has been teaching in different colleges and universities and also doing research in electronic and communication related fields for about more than 20 years. He started his artistic activities in 1977.
