"W.O.R.K." is the lead single for H*Wood's "Equilibrium" EP: Currently Available Worldwide on iTunes: Released May 1st. Currently Top 150 on iTunes Pop Charts, Front Page New Singles on iTunes and "New & New Noteworthy" An amazing independent story.

Brandyn "H*Wood" Bordeaux is a mash-up recording artist. H*Wood is a proud Denver, Colorado musician whose music reflects his elecletic upbringing ranging between electronic, pop, dance and dub-step all while effortlessly rapping the lyrics; the style is considered to be innovative considering electronic and dub-step are generally genres known for its music production rather than its lyrics. H*Wood attributes his eclectic music selection to growing up in an environment where several genres were given equal attention thus why H*Wood feels as a representative of his home state of Colorado its imperative he stays true to his upbringing in his music. Growing up around techno music, he got use to rapping over up-tempo beats, and this new single is no different, you will hear elements of Dubstep, Dance, Rap and a hint of alternative rock.

H*Wood, known for his premiere single "Could it Be You, (Punk Rock Chick), released via Rodney Jerkins' Darkchild Records has announced his follow up single "W.O.R.K." available worldwide on iTunes and Amazon May 1st, 2012. This single will be released via The Unit Inc./InGrooves and will be released digitally simultaneously in over 100 territories.

The new single offers H*Wood's signature mash-up performance style blending several genres seamlessly together to make what is sure to be another well received single that will be here to stay. One important element of "W.O.R.K." is H*Wood's deep, dramatic passion that bleeds through the track. H*Wood touches on what in today's industry is considered a long absence, those who have doubted his efforts and the inspiration for his hard "W.O.R.K." With lyrics like the following its not hard to connect with H*Wood and believe his "W.O.R.K." will take him wherever he wants to go, "…it was all good just a year ago, had it all. Tasted the top so I had to fall.” A powerful songstress sings over the hook "…climb to the top, when I get there I am going to yell out a message… 'You said I'll never get it, so I did it for you’…"

"W.O.R.K." is the lead single for H*Wood's "Equilibrium" EP due to be released this summer and H*Wood is determined to bring about a sound of music that of which is different, all encompassing and brings a balance to multiple sounds. Fans can rest assure the EP will be a passionate, fun, exciting splash.
