Hühnerfriedhof is a German Powertrio from Düsseldorf, Germany. The band plays a mix of Rock, Fusion, Funk & Jazz with German lyrics (most of the time - some songs are instrumentals). Founded in 1995 by guitarist Thorsten Praest (Coldseed) and bassplayer Michael Hambloch (Sexells, Assassin) who had been working together in the hardrock-band Riot Act since 1991. In Hühnerfriedhofs original lineup Jens Schindler played the drums. He left the band in 1999 and was replaced by Daniel Sanleandro (Tierra Negra).
