Gin House is a band based around Atlanta-area natives, Brandon Clark and Paul Lynch. These two twenty-something Georgia boys are semi-parts country, folk, pop and soul. With the songwriting being split between the two of them– On vocals and rhythm guitar, and harmonica is Brandon, while Paul offers lead guitar, warm background vocals and tight harmonies.
While recording their debut EP, "Honestly," as Brandon Clark & The American Standard in 2009/2010, they caught the ear of P is for Panda/Hopeless Records, and were instantly signed. After a year of being on a label, touring, evolving their sound and foregoing member changes; They were convinced that it was time to change their name.
Gin House is all about feel– a merging of genres, and songwriting. You'd swear their harmonies are west-coast Eagles-esque '70's harmonies or you might find that their songwriting is catchy, or poppy; While the guitars and lead vocals sound reminiscent of country or folk music.
