13 Aug 2009, 20:24 by crazylittleYesterday I was going home by myself and I thought I could listen to some radio on the way. In the moment I turned it on, there was this absolutely simple and yet absolutely catchy song, that I didn't even tried to search another radio station. I just walked and listened to it and even if I was hearing it for the fisrt time I felt like it's made for me to hear it once more. It was just a song for me. Not too pop, not too rock. When I got home, my sister searched it on the net. The next thing was just her saying "It's a Garbage song"
I was just "We should listen more Garbage, you know!?"
And we heard their greatest songs album.
It's absolutely the greatest! Omg, I love all the songs now O_o
People who haven't heard more of Garbage, should do right now. Now!
Omg, it's just fabilous <3
I feel a little shame for finding it so late XD Not that I didn't knew Garbage was worth hearing from "Run Baby Run", "Only Happy When It Rains", "Go Baby Go" and "Stupid Girl"…

31 Mar 2009, 22:57 by codexwyrmIs far from new. It took me a dozen years, and 2008 is the one in which I ripened enough to finally appreciate it, I guess, but Garbage seriously, seriously kicks ass. All of it. I started with Absolute Garbage, and now have all but Version 2.0. Shirley Manson's voice is direct and honest, and her lyrics are fucked-up, intelligent, and beautiful. You feel like you know her after listening to her songs, much like Trent Reznor's work. Their production is top-notch, and the instrumentation is powerful, pop bordering on the industrial side. I can't recommend them enough. I can't believe it took me this long!
