"It's just after midnight, and after seven hours of killing time everyone is loading the Greyhound departing from Toronto. I get lucky and somehow have the last eight rows to myself. I'm getting ready to return home after an incredible, yet challenging experience in Europe. This last week has been especially frustrating - but for now, I don't think about the negative aspects. I'm comfortable in my seat and looking forward to sleeping my way home. Before I settle in, I take a few more iPhone photos of the city; the lights of the sleek skyline bidding farewell, passing by with increasing speed as we ascend the highway ramp. I sense I'll be back soon.
Sometimes it's important to grab that one snapshot or two - even if it doesn't seem important at the time. The memory won't fade as soon as you might expect, and looking back you'll realize that every experience, whether good or bad, contains purpose."
