FATAL AIM was formed in Toula, Russia in July, 2003 by the keyboardist and composer Artyom 'Tranquilizer' and vocalist Ekatherina Agrat, who is the author of band's lyrics. Their style can be described as 'synth electro gothic'. The third band member is Vadim 'V_ad' (ex-FORGIVE-ME-NOT) playing the guitars.

The band became known by the listeners in Russia and abroad ( due to the appearence on Echo of Mosow radio and the participation in major gothic parties.

In June, 2007 their debut album WINTER SAGA was released on Irond Ltd. Soon after the release the band desided to part with Ekatherina. After short search of the new vocalist for FATAL AIM Larisa Sitnikova, the actress of the Toula Philharmonic Society, became a member of the band.
