Meet Me At The Water, the second full-length recording by Fall Harbor is an ode to waterways and voyages. Songwriters Ryder Cooley and Todd Chandler sing of ships on the high seas, rainy alleyways, magical water towers and mighty rivers ravaged by pollution. The songs take listeners on a journey through a landscape of post-industrial decay, but arrive at a place of hope and renewal.
Expanding on the more intimate banjo and accordion duets of their first release, Songs From Fall Harbor, Meet Me At The Water adds layers of vocal harmonies, brass, upright bass, singing saw, percussion (featuring Otto Hauser of Vetiver), clarinet (Bobby Gibbs) and guitar (Rob Caldwell).
Meet Me At The Water invites listeners to visit the world of Fall Harbor, a place inhabited by the ghosts of our own creation, where beauty and resilience sparkle in the darkest and most unlikely corners.
