Nearly 70 minutes of must-have tracks from Eric Lindell’s Alligator releases. Lindell created his contagious style of hip, blue-eyed soul in Northern California and honed it in his adopted hometown of New Orleans. His deceptively simple original songs blend blues, R&B, funk, reggae and Louisiana swamp grooves, while his rough-hewn voice recalls Delbert McClinton and Van Morrison. A nationally-touring artist since his 2006 signing with Alligator, Eric plays clubs and theatre throughout the U.S., always returning to New Orleans in the spring for a headlining set at the famed Jazz & Heritage Festival. Highlights of this collection include Low On Cash, Country Livin’, Feel Like I Do, Lay Back Down and 16 more.
