Ellen ten Damme is a multi-talented Dutch singer and actress from Warnsveld, The Netherlands. She was born on 7 October 1967 and acted in a few Dutch movies and in German tv-series.
She played in an 80s New Wave band called Soviet Sex but she also made three solo albums: Kill your darlings (1995), I am here (2001) and Impossible Girl (2007). Recently she released a completely Dutch album Durf Jij? (2009) with help of Dutch poet Ilja Leonard Pfeijffer. Hits were: It ain't easy (2001), Vegas(2002) and Plattgefickt (2005).
In 1997, she recorded a song for the soundtrack of "Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie" called "Turbo Time". It appears on the soundtrack CD and was used in the movie.
In 2012 another Dutch sung album was released Het Regende Zon following a single with the same title and another track "Verder, verder!".
