It's an audiobook of 'Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers, a self-help book on overcoming anxiety.
You can also try some St. John's Wort (it's a plant) tea for immediate relief (I mix mine with Melissa for the calming effect).
It might also be nice to learn to meditate, as it can relieve your mind of negative thoughts. nperov.com for learning materials.
Or maybe you just have a vitamin D defficiency, see https://warosu.org/sci/thread/S10221251 Go get some sun.
Saw them last night and they raped my ears. In a good way. Atmosphere at their live shows is so dark and kinda catatonic. At first I was not convinced by them playing with backs turned to the audience, but that actually make music more important then show itself. Let's say that was intense experiance.
@knifechrist Oh, trust me, the only reason I gave you any time or attention is because someone called "kvtefvck", who is presumably your groupie started posting shit in my shoutbox. For someone who makes such good music, you sure get butthurt easily. Widowmaker is still shit, btw.
