2001 – present (18 years)
EBM band from Brno, Czech Republic. Patrik Lev gave rise to a project Depressive Disorder in the end of 2001, but we could speak about the beginning of this group as far as in spring of 2002 when Radim Čap joined him. Radim helped him to finish the first demo Near To Death. The CD came out in their own expenses in summer, and EP Another Step To Death came out in winter of this year. It consists of remixes from the first CD plus several new songs. They started to present their music in live concerts, too. It seemed that concerts of DD were successful and the group started to work on a new CD.
Album "Ultima Ratio" came out in one and half of a year and a new Czech label MONOPOLRECORDS started to give an indication about the group. In spring of 2005 their CD got to Germany and American distribution and played songs in radio and had a possitive recension and feedback. The flash point of creation of Depressive Disorder was live performance at Slovakian festival Apocalyptic Vision 4 which took place on 16-17. 09. 2005 in club Babylon in Bratislava and together with Die Krupps in Prague at their tour on January 2006.
On July 2006 Depressive Disorder released their second album "In Depth" including Tv Freak video.
On the 9 February 2008 Depressive Disorder released promo CD called "Five Years Of Lifetime" together with unrepeatable gig in Brno´s club Faval, to celebrate 5 years existance.
CD contains tracks during Depressive Disorder´s five-year creation, including other exclusive tracks and their pilot single On The Ground.
At the present time Depressive Disorder record their third album called "The Chronicle Of Fear". Album will be released in April 2009 at Monopolrecords label.
