Standing alone now the stranger was praying,
Ashing the streets for a trace how they came,
Praying to the sky on the hills far away,
Show me where the city lay.
All though the night he passed signs of a war,
Lights in his eyes burned as cold as a star,
The city encircled, the battle delayed,
By the army's parade.
Going through the tide of all causes and pains,
Lessons are worthless while mankind remains,
Let your truth come now for nothing will free you,
And what shall be done?
