It's an electronic dance music (edm) and pop song. It's energetic and uplifting. It's about trying and trying, but no matter what you do it feels hopeless. It's about finding that special purpose or passion that grabs you hard and pulls you up.
Dani Kays: -I heard Lexi, I fell completely in love with her voice and felt instant that it would fit my already produced version of Saviour. And when I contacted her she liked the track, so I guess it’s what you say; “a perfect match”. I contacted her online, and we have kept having the communication online. As long as everyone is one the same page and both parts has the technical gear, there’s nothing stopping you. And then sending files back and forth, worked like a charm.
Lexi Scatena: -He asked if I was interested in collaborating with him. I thought his music was super dope so I said yes! He showed me a couple projects but when I heard “Saviour,” I was instantly like, “This one, I want to do this one!”. I really liked how open minded and creative he is. Although he had a vision of what he wanted the song to sound like, he was always open to ideas on what could be added or changed. I think Dani is very talented, hardworking, and passionate about music. I haven’t met him or spoke with him over the phone, but he seems very easygoing.
