the girl who came forward regarding Jupiter stated she was never underage at any point in their relationship. she had an existing eating disorder that he no doubt made worse and caused her to relapse and he also abused her in various other ways. This isn't to defend Jupiter, it's to acknowledge the spread of misinformation, which takes away credibility from people who come forward about abuse. When simple facts like the age of the victim are skewed it's easier for abusers to deflect all accusations as lies

whilst I agree on the part about Ethan carrying the band but saying the band died because of fans "not doing research" is just stupid, even if you decide to take Alices allegations out of the picture there is still so much shit to hold Ethan accountable for. . Ethan met Alice when she was 15 and later had sexual relations with her. . Ethan also met his ex wife when she was 15. . Ethan has had allegations against him for a LONG time, if you dig hard enough there are people talking about him being extremely creepy and gross to minors back in his kill cheerleader days . There has been texts leaked of him messaging minors. . when Alices statement came out multiple other woman also came forward with allegations. . ccs old manager and people who worked on music videos with them have stated that Ethan was controlling, manipulative and abusive to Alice. . Ethans ex wife (who i'm pretty sure originally defended Ethan) has said Ethan was physically and sexually abusive to her.
