City Rain is an electro-pop band from Philadelphia, PA. City Rain began in 2007 as an outlet for Ben Runyan's instrumental electronic compositions. It wasn't until 2009 with the release of the These Days EP that Runyan began moving more towards the sound that would come to define City Rain, including vocals and more traditional pop song structures.
