Latest: Jonathan Coultan. O. M. G. I seriously love Re: Your Brains and Skullcrusher Mountain, and am quite smitten by Code Monkey, Mandelbrot Set, Chiron Beta Prime (totally going to be "my" christmas song, when the season's up again...), and I Crush Everything. He appears to do some more regular songs as well, but I particularly love the ones that qualify as Geek Rock. :D
Also, for artists - Zero 7 was introduced to me, as was Canasta, with partial success. Of the songs by these artists that I like, I really like: Catch A Falling Star, This Fine Social Scene, You're My Flame (Zero 7), Microphone Song, Slow Down Chicago, Firenze, Shadowcat (which I'd hope would be about Kitty Pryde but it did not seem to be; still, it was still pretty good), and All This Dust (Canasta).
The Zero 7 songs I liked were mostly the ones sung by Sia; I finally found a cd, Everything Ends, the Vol. 2 Soundtrack for six feet under that had something else by her (from among my library's collection) and really really like Breathe Me.
